Hi, I’m Jenna
I help people build more confidence in their leadership and more balance in their lives.
A few things about me:
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and say, “you betcha” more than I’d like to admit.
I assumed my first leadership role around age 3 when I became a big sister. In the four decades since, I’ve consistently landed in positions of taking charge, leading teams, making decisions and influencing people.
My favorite pizza topping is sauerkraut.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teach weekly classes. The benefits are powerful and allow me to tap more easily into my intuition and creativity. I enjoy finding ways to integrate yoga with clients.
My roommate is a 130-pound Mastiff mix named Charlie Chooch. He constantly teaches me new lessons in patience and love.
In my closet is a stack of journals from the past 20 years. Writing is how I process my world. Getting things off the brain and onto paper has the power to transform you.
I love learning and hold a Master of Public Health with a specialty in health promotion and behavior change, am a RYT-200 yoga instructor and an ICF-accredited coach with ACC certification.
