I knew there was a bigger life waiting for me if I could only let go of this scared voice. It was keeping me from the trusting, confident, creative life I knew was on my horizon. 

Later that day I spent time writing and asked myself this: If I told that voice to quiet down, how will my life look different one year from today?

What happens when you discover your values? It might look subtle but it’s a powerful shift!

I remember exactly where I was when I realized I wasn’t happy.

Sitting on my couch, in the home I was able to purchase because of my big executive job, looking at a shelf with framed pictures of the life I created - gorgeous wedding, fabulous international trips, smiling family and friends. In theory, I had it all. I should be happy, right? So, why did something feel missing?

Can you tell that you’re in a spiritual vortex? What does it feel like?” I don’t know how to answer this.

Because of all the times I’ve placed myself into these vortexes, I have a hard time determining if I’m feeling so good because of the vortex or because I’m in Sedona by myself and it’s gorgeous and I’m far away from my everyday routine.

To explore this quandary further, I invented a new game called: “Vortex or Joy?”
