What I loved even more than watching Austin Butler sing and wiggle, was the film’s message to listen to the deep-down voice inside telling you to “do you.” 

I call limiting beliefs, “LBs,” because they’re heavy to carry around. Whether or not you realize it, they’re adding weight to your life and pulling you down.

I used to think compartmentalizing was a good thing. Ultimately, hiding parts of myself kept me small.

Decades of stories don’t untangle easily. Even though I work hard on self-awareness, I still get caught up in unhelpful thoughts.
